Common sense or not, She was a very smart woman and it doesn't hurt to be reminded - so I am taking her advice and I am following my dream and not taking "NO" for an answer!
When I was very young, oh about five or six years old I remember watching a movie with my family in the theatre and I was overwhelmed with this wonderful sensation, a feeling that just made my spirit burst with joy - I wanted to be just like the girl in the movie!! I knew from that moment on that I wanted to be in film, the person who inspires others when the credits roll. The best part is, that I still get that feeling after a great movie- I LOVE MOVIES!!!
I am just glad I've been blessed with the drive and stamina to back up my passion for acting :)
