I am a live sound engineer and technician with several years (educational) studio engineering experience. Currenly employed as Assistant technical manager at a large music venue in Leeds. I have worked with a variety of artists such as Bonobo, Cinematic Orchestra, Fingathing, Bedouin Soundclash, Chromeo, Amp Fiddler, Robyn, Third World, Dawn Penn and Annie Mac as a FOH support engineer, and a variety of local and not so local bands as FOH engineer. As part of my job I maintain and repair a plethora of electronic musical apparatus, from Technics 1210's to tackling our 450kg Midas XL3....I say tackling.... I have studied Music and Musical Science to degree level and beyond through practical experiance. I've got a good working knowledge of Acoustics, game sound design and sound psychology in the Gaming field. Plus I can knock out a few tunes on most stringed instruments!
