Our strategic partnership with Nextcat.com provides the ability for talent to create and update media rich profiles with headshots, reels and music demos that stream directly into Michigan Casting Services' database.
MCS provides casting services for feature films, television, commercials, industrials, print and voiceovers - union and nonunion.

"What's Wrong With Virginia"
Synopsis: A sheriff (Academy Award Nominee Ed Harris) sees his state senate bid slide away from him when his daughter begins to date the son of a woman (Academy Award Winner Jennifer Connelly) with whom the sheriff has engaged in a 20-year affair.
The film was written by Dustin Lance Black, the Academy Award-Winning screenwriter of "Milk," who will also direct. Academy Award Nominee Gus Van Sant will executive produce.

If you are interested in being cast in roles for Michigan-based productions, you will need to be in the MCS database. To register for FREE with Michigan Casting Services:
1. If you are not already a Nextcat member, click on "Join" (top right-hand corner). You will be prompted to create a profile. Please use your real name and be sure to include your credits, industry photos and reel(s), if available.
2. Once you have created a profile, return to this page ( www.nextcat.com/MichCasting )
3. Click on “Request Connection” (left-hand side, under "Send a Message").
4. Once MCS accepts your connection request, if interested, we will contact you with information regarding audition time, location and sides.
5. At the audition, you will be placed in MCS’ proprietary database and considered for future auditions.
