WELCOME!

The biggest challenge I find as an artist is self-promotion, and promoting oneself on an open-ended source such as the internet still raises many questions in my mind.

Also, I still find it very difficult to get out of the shell of the "real world" of networking, where you can see the people in real life, talk to them, listen to them, watch them react... and since the internet is still limited to these things, it makes it harder to "connect" to others.

However, i am also very interestsd in other people's work, and the internet is perfect for exhibitiing others' talents. So this profile is created in part to meet and look at the works of others.

ABOUT ME:

I began as a filmmaker and media artist about seven years ago, making a feature and several short films that went to film festivals nationwide, and won some awards along the way. Full time, I work in corporate video production as an editor, teleprompter operator, and grip, but about a half year ago I got into directing, and since then I've directed two pilots of Television; one for Everest Productions (Ebru.tv), called "Wisdom Tree", and one for New Century Television, called "American Actor". 

Acting and modeling has also taken over my life in the past eight months as well, and I find it fascinating that even though I work behind the scenes a lot, when i go out to castings or do on-camera or print/runway jobs, I still get that "rush", and the feeling of reliability on the director, never knowing exactly what to expect next... maybe that's why I enjoy it so much!  

I hope that more content will be uploaded on this page as I get more comfortable with this network, but in the meantime, thanks for visiting my page and I'm looking forward to seeing, as well as sharing!
