Johne Cook lives in south-central Wisconsin with his wife of 22 years, two kids, and two lapdogs.  His writing journal is at http://phywriter.com.

 He successfully completed the NaNoWriMo competition in November of 2004, writing a novel in thirty days.  Since then, he has sold numerous short stories, has been associate editor at The Sword Review, managing editor at Dragons, Knights, and Angels magazine, and founder and editor-in-chief (Overlord) at Ray Gun Revival magazine, http://raygunrevival.com.

He is currently writing a swashbuckling steampunk space opera called The Adventures of the Sky Pirate.
