ACTOR, COMEDIAN, WRITER, HOST, ALL AROUND GOOD EGG.......

Growing up in rural Nebraska, which is almost all of it, Scott knew at an early age that he wanted a career as an entertainer.

His comedic skills developed early. Scott attributes this to the cruelty of other children, and would like to take this opportunity to thank the little bastards.
After what seemed like an endless elementary and secondary education, Scott attended Hastings College; a small, private, liberal arts school in Hastings, Nebraska. Active in all aspects of campus life, he graduated with honors with majors in both Speech and English.
The next two years were spent in Omaha, Nebraska as a teaching fellow and graduate student at Creighton University. Following successful completion of his M.A., Scott returned to his boyhood home in Doniphan, Nebraska and sat for a month.
Fortunately for Scott, a former college professor of his called and offered him a place in the company of a regional, Summer theatre based in suburban Cleveland. Roles in numerous productions kept Scott busy with performances in Ohio and New York.
A move to Chicago was next. Scott quickly found himself the star and principal writer of a long running series of musical, comedy revues at a successful, Chicago area dinner theatre. Along the way, he worked in live and film industrials, stand-up comedy, commercials, improvisation, and television. In addition to his life as a performer, Scott has spent the last few years as an adjunct instructor of Speech and English at various Chicagoland colleges.
Scott's goals for the future: perform more and teach less, do quality work for reasonably good money, and date women who are clearly out of his league........help him.
