I oversee global marketing strategy for GameRecruiter, as well as drive marketing and PR campaigns for various other businesses and organizations in the games industry. 

I'm also a highly experienced recruitment and business development professional, handling senior account management and client relations for numerous companies in games, mobile, Internet and media.

My marketing firm ThemePark Studios provides marketing services such as publicity, marketing campaigns, graphic design, web design and event production to a broad clientele of tech and entertainment companies.

Recently, I became IGDA Chair of the Women in Game Development Special Interest Group (SIG).  I'm also a founding member and advisory board member for Women in Games International, and serve on 3 other games industry advisory boards: SXSW Screenburn, National Game Advisory Board for Career Education Corporation; Game Industry Advisory Board for DeVry University-Austin.

I write editorial on workplace issues such as diversity, quality of life and employee retention for various trade publications.  Also a regular speaker at the Games Career Seminar and other game industry events and colleges, usually focused on students and industry newcomers. 

I got my early start in the entertainment biz  in the Hollywood music scene in the mid-80's, as sound engineer, music publisher and talent manager.  My recruiting work began as international talent specialist at Walt Disney Feature Animation in the 90's.  Got my first break into games doing contract marketing and PR for Origin Systems and Kinesoft, and haven't looked back since!
