Executive Summary
For most people today, the quality of life is somewhere between less than positive to downright
depressing with no bright light on the horizon. Even the most popular Facebook Game apps require
the player to do work just to stay in the game and even more work to “win”.
People crave an unburdened experience where they can realize their basic dreams or goals free of
life's limitations within a realistic context . PlayCueTown's goal is to provide that positive parallel life
where dreams and goals can be realized without “work” or any financial limitations. Indeed,
PlayCueTown users are rewarded for having fun, exploring their dreams and saving real money on
products they want and need.
A Relevant Virtual World
Life, even a virtual life, is multi-dimensional; people have multiple interests and motivations.
PlayCueTown is an expanding set of “games” and “experiences” that provide users with the
opportunity to play, fulfill their dreams and socialize in an environment that rewards their involvement.
PlayCueTown provides a no-hassle opportunity for users to interact with real products and providers
that are relevant to their activity. For example, Dream Home gives players the opportunity to “house
shop” and earn CueCa$h (C$) for looking at custom home models and voting for which models we
should build for them. The C$ they earn looking at the models and interacting with relevant products
will pay for their highly realistic virtual “Dream Home”.
At Town Hall, players participate in a true grassroots democracy where their suggestions and votes
determine what we offer and how. In essence, Town Hall is a “sim game” with real results.
Our Dream Vacations game offers users “virtual holidays” based on real-world destinations with
relevant opportunities for discounts on travel, accommodations and entertainment. VacationLand is a
fun way to explore real vacation opportunities and save enough real $ to make that dream vacation a
reality.
The Players Market offers handcrafted “street fair” products made by PlayCueTown players. With
custom handmade jewelry, quilts, paintings, furniture and more, The Players Market offers visual
delight window shopping with “must have” finds at direct prices … and it's a great place to buy virtual
furniture, paintings and more for players' Dream Homes
Since PlayCueTown parallels real life, the game opportunities are literally endless and natural
extensions of our players' collective interests and desires. Unlike typical entertainment, we provide the
toys and realistic virtual environment where players define their own entertainment as they wish within
a social game that includes their friends and family.
Since all product placement is passive, meaning users willing click on a product to explore it, there are
no banners, animated ads, watch before you play ads or pop-ups. Nothing is forced – users can play
without hitting an ad. We also respect users' privacy; all users are anonymous – they create their own
identity as an avatar.
The Business Model is Socially Positive
The interactive product placement ads in PlayCueTown are relevant and optional. Our advertising
partners get users who have evidenced an interest in their products and have willingly decided to
interact. By placing the choice in the hands of the user, the negative attitude that Internet users
typically have regarding advertising is neutralized.

To maintain that positive experience, when the ad “opens” the content offered is meaningful, focused
on the product and devoid of “come-ons”, pop-ups, etc. The user is offered an “encapsulated” ad
containing information and opportunities to interact with the advertiser to get more information,
download discount coupons, chat, link out to the advertisers web site or, in some cases, buy directly.
To encourage users to explore products and ads that interest them and overcome user hesitancy,
PlayCueTown awards users CueCa$h (C$) for interacting with advertisers. The C$ they gain can be
used to buy virtual homes, products or play competitive games, so the positive reinforcement has real
benefits to the users.
The PlayCueTown approach respects and rewards users, provides advertisers with interested and
willing prospects and increases the users positive impression of advertisers. Every participant has a
positive experience that is entirely voluntary resulting in a true win-win.
The User Base
In Alpha stage testing with unaligned users, the following trends are clearly defined:
• Mature Audience – Of those providing optional age and gender information (85%), 70% had
an average age of 45 (32 – 65 range). This is indicative of the “Facebook” and social gaming
mature market. These are repeat users prone to loyalty and are “buyers”.
• Gender Focus – The Dream Home, Dream Vacations and Players Market attract a 70%
feminine audience. This consistent with the distribution of Facebook social gamers.
• Shopping “Game” Effect – The audience mirrors social norms including shopping and
exploring relevant products. PlayCueTown's advertising model makes a game of exploring
relevant products and interacting for C$ and real world rewards (discounts).
• “We want more!” - 100% of received user comments are positive. Almost all want more
depth to the existing games and 3D virtual world. The greatest request is for virtual Dream
Homes they can buy.
The next stage will expand the games and open PlayCueTown as a Facebook app offered to a
potential 100 mm USA users, 300 mm globally. The target for publishing and promoting in Facebook
is 12/21-23/2009 just in front of the Christmas holiday cycle.
It is reasonable to project a minimum 50,000 – 200,000 active, loyal players by 3/31/2010.
Summary
PlayCueTown is a positive social environment where players always win and in winning can attain
their hopes and goals in a virtual experience that parallels the real world.
By respecting the privacy and judgment of players, advertisers gain a positive image with high traffic of
willing and interested prospective buyers.
With Town Hall, players help create and administrate their own social environment in a true one vote
per player democracy, providing a sense of empowerment lacking in the real world.
We can't help to feel that offering a socially positive alternative, even though it is virtual, will have a
positive effect on players and lessen the frustration so evident today.
