Hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area, Jessica King has a significant background in broadcast journalism.

As a news reporter for KSBW, an NBC affiliate in Monterey County, Jessica interviewed people daily, covering stories ranging from criminal investigations to holiday parades.  She associated with authority figures like police officers and mayors.  Jessica has also interviewed celebrities like Carson Daly and and pro golfer, Arron Oberholser.  Most notably, she had the privilege of doing an exclusive interview with presidential candidate and former NYC mayor, Rudy Giuliani. 

Jessica is a college graduate (BA in communications) of Santa Clara University, whose experience includes an internship with NBC11 News. Based in San Jose, CA, she shadowed reporters daily, taking notes on various interviews.  She then recorded stand ups out on the field, logged tapes, and packaged stories in her own words. Jessica's experience as a news reporter has also taught her basic knowledge in shooting and editing.

As a result of Jessica's successful internship, she was offered an employment position as a production assistant for NBC11. She sorted scripts for the anchors before each show, and then operated the teleprompter during the shows.

Jessica recently moved to Los Angeles, and began working for E! Networks, where she writes the entertainment headlines for a daily three-hour pop culture radio talk show.  She is very passionate about the entertainment and pop culture industry, and would like to take her on-camera experience to a new level, while taking advantage of everything this industry has to offer.

Jessica is a hard worker.  She has learned to work well under stress and time restraints, and is confident that her previous skills and knowledge of broadcast journalism will prove beneficial on her journey to success.
