How does this work?
When you submit an application, your message is sent directly to the employer who posted the job. Nextcat does not filter submissions in any way. If the employer is interested in your application, they will reply directly to your email address, or through Nextcat messaging (if the employers are Nextcat members). An email notification is sent to you when you receive a message through Nextcat messaging.

Didn’t receive an answer to your application? Due to the large number of applications received for each job, most employers do not have the time to reply to every submission. But don’t let that discourage you; many (if not most) of the world’s most successful entertainment professionals were “passed on” by many agents, producers, managers who are kicking themselves every day for missing their greatest opportunity!
