Brooklyn, NY Award Winner.
John Liang is a recent graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts film program and a founding member of Brooklyn production company Discreet Films. His first film "Like Father Like Edison" screened to acclaim at film festivals in Los Angeles and New York and won the Audience Award at the Chicago International Reel Shorts Film Festival in 2006. He currently works as a director and editor for HowcastMedia and Big Apple Channel, amongst other video websites. His second film "The Schedule" premiered in New York in April 2008 and will begin a theatrical run in an independent theatre in Brooklyn, New York, in May 2008.
