I consider myself a true thespian. I truly revel in the creative process. Hip Hop giant and good friend Prince Paul approached me to be "The Dating Game" girl in a skit with Tim Meadows of "SNL" on his last album, which got rave reviews from magazines such as Rolling Stone. I also lent my vocals to an album being produced by my good friend Terence Dudley, who has worked with many amazing artists such as 50 cent and Mary J. Blige. I can't wait for this album to come out because I just love Terence's sound. It's one-of- a-kind. You can also check out a 4-song CD I wrote produced at www.talentinla.com/neelam. Some of the songs were written during my late teenaged years. It has gotten rave rewiews, so I hope you will enjoy listening to it as much as everyone else has. I finished shooting a feature film called "Chronicles Of A Love Unfound." You can check out a short trailer below. It's a great script, and I really enjoyed bringing this particular character to life. This film will be going the festival route soon. More recently, I played the lead (of a cop) in a short film, which will also be entered into some festivals. I will have it up on this site soon. I just finished hosting MockFest 2008 (www.mockfilmfest.com) in Hollywood, where I met  (and interviewed) a lot of talented filmmakers and actors, and I was a guest host on the Gary Garver Show. Last but certainly not least, I'm finishing my first self-help/yoga book. The book's purpose is to provide the most comprehensive workout for the mind and body. It's essentially a path to self-love, for once you have self-love, you can start extending that love to others. You can start sharing and laughing again, which is positively the best medicine. It's all about uncovering what sustains you when all else falls away. This is your purpose or your bliss. I've certainly found my bliss, and I wish you all the same.
