Nina Kari brings a fresh mix of experimental pop/rock with a sweet kiss of folksy electronica. The smooth timbre of her sultry vocals adds a smoky flavor over powerful beats, symphonic melodies and fully orchestrated songs-leaving the audience yearning for more. She delivers a novel stage performance, incorporating laptops and special guest performers, combining technology with traditional instrumentation. Nina’s performed solo and with groups Logos, Sugar Mama, and Seattle rock band Hidden Cove, which featured her original songs. Her first two EP’s are licensed with Expansion Team, she’s created works with No Limits Entertainment, and her next EP “Caught on Tape” will be released Fall of 2008. Currently she’s appearing in New York City’s hottest dives while composing soundtracks for Indie films and commercials.
