Hi! My stage name is Ray Steele, actual name is Ray Brasseur, (easy to see why I would use a stage name right!? Hehe! I am from Toronto originally, moved here 15 years ago. I spent 9 years on the road back there and decided it was time to make the move to music city. You might have seen me out in Nashville playing at Tootsies, Legends Corner or The Wildhorse and a few other places. I am a professional singer and songwriter with a few song credits to my name including a couple of Kevin Sharp cuts ( I Think I'll Stay & All I Could Say) appearing on his latest album "Make A Wish", as well as a song on  quick rising artist "Memarie" ( Is It Just Me) and a few others.. I have done several demo's in the past for numerous songwriters and have performed (opened for) acts such as Dr.Hook, Ty England, The Beach Boys ,etc; I am affiliated with ASCAP and have written with alot of folks, I even wrote a song with Dale Russell of the "Guess Who". I am looking to possibly do some more demo work or maybe even slap a band together and gig some more. The songs I have on here are some of the latest I have written.
