The Vision of RP™

The vision of RP™ is to bring about international change within the hip-hop culture.
Hip-hop is simply the conduit for the gospel to reach the hip-hop populace. Through our music, testimony and proclamation of God’s word, we hope to change minds and convert even the coldest of hearts to Christ while giving them their own music to praise God to, gain inspiration from and receive encoragement.  Our music (provided by Hot Head Productions™)

We believe that God created ALL music including rap to glorify Him and His Son Jesus Christ. As Christians being a part of the hip hop culture, we are first & foremost MINISTERS, then Emcees, DJ’s, Graphitti Artists and Break dancers (The 4 most recognized elements of hip-hop) and we have a responsibility to minister Christ to everyone in the secular hip hop culture and bring about & foster the Gospel hip hop culture. We believe that there is a most important element missing from the original 4 elements of hip-hop; the fifth element: Jesus Christ!  Without Him, there would be no hip- hop culture, no rap music, no salvation and no hope for mankind.

* We are not afraid to be controversial.  Jesus was controversial.
* We want to set the tone for where the gospel rap needs to be.
* We want the world to follow us as we follow Christ.
* We are NOT simply presenting POSITIVE messages!
* We firmly believe that the POSITIVITY by the WORLD'S standards translates as "Goodness Without God".
* We will make a difference not only by what we say and how we sound but more importantly how we live!!
* We want people to come to Christ through our music; as we touch the hearts of those whose hearts are cold because of past hurts. 
* We will minister to the “un-churched” as well as the “churched”.

Through our songs, we want to bring to light the life of a Christian - the joys and pains.  The highs & lows, the dry seasons and the abundant/productive seasons.  When God doesn’t seem to hear our prayers. Everything that God takes us through in our journeys with Him. Expressing our hearts about God and living as minorities while living “Christ-like” at the same time. We strongly believe that the days of tough talking, rappers spitting spineless songs about money, power, respect & sex are coming to an end.  This is a hurting world and the world is looking for an answer! RP™ will deliver that answer - Jesus Christ! We want to wake up the church and call God's people and equip them for spiritual battle for their families, our nation and the lost - no matter what the cost!

Although our music is clearly geared toward the younger crowds, we have been able to reach those as old as 90!  Our audience will be more diversified than with most rap groups.  Our sound is different and ever changing but our message will ALWAYS be the same: Jesus Christ is Lord and he saves!!

We are networking for these reasons:

1. We are in need of Artist management and representation with serious connections to help us secure a record deal.

2. To add a talented turntablist to our group (especially for our live shows)

3. To meet other cool/interesting people

4. Booking to other parts of the country and the globe!
