I am a Published Author, Actress, and scriptwriter and I've even done some Modeling for a couple of magazines and ads in New York. I've also wirtten a dramatic script which has peeked the interest of well known Producer/Actor/Director Kevin Hooks.

I sometimes help my good friend Stephen, who is a writer/director and president of a film finance company specializing in gap, pre-sale, tax credit, finishing and bridge loans located in NY, with casting for his scripts as well as helping filmmakers get gap financing for their projects. If you are a producer that has already raised a substantial portion of the required capital, Stephen can help you complete the necessary funding. Or, if you haven't raised the capital and he finds a project to be compelling, he may also consider issuing you a "commitment letter". This endorsement should prove valuable in helping producers raise the balance of their funds. I have had the opportunity to work on a few films, my first being a film with Jim Carrey and Danny Devito.  My first lead role was in the first film (a film short) my friend Stephen shot and provided the musical score entitled "The Bridge".

What I enjoy most about this industry is the opportunity to meet new and interesting people. I find great ideas for characters for my books. So far, I have published two Suspense/Thriller novels and am working on ideas for my third. So, don't be surprised if one of my books characters sounds a little familiar to you. After writing my first suspense novel, I taught myself some basic skills in the computer programming language HTML, Graphic Design in Photoshop and PowerPoint and then designed and created my own book covers and websites.

I have had the opportunity to make some good friends since I've been in the business, some celebrities and some aspiring to be. In my opinion, we are all celebrities.

I imagine myself on a cold winter's night sitting in front of a nice warm fire in a crackling fireplace, slowly sipping on my preferred beverage as I listen to the sounds of Bobby Ricketts... hummm ... it warms my soul.

I was also entered into the 1995 IMTA (International Model and Talent) competition in New York where I received 5 awards in the "over 40" catagory including 1st runner up for TV beauty, 2nd place for TV Real People and 2nd place for Runway (that was a shock since I've never wanted to be a runway model).

Since moving to South Carolina, I have been asked by Vince Paul (Casting Director/Agent/Actor in Charlotte, NC) to assist with and speak, at one of his Launching Your Career workshop given in Mullins, SC, and invited by RealEyes Bookstore in Charlotte, NC to join many other authors in the Annual Charlotte Literary Festival.

I've worked on the popular TV shows One Tree Hill and Surface, as well as the not so popular Palmetto Point.  And I've had the priviledge of working on the upcoming motion picture "Bolden" and a black & white short called "The Great Observer" as well as an HBO pilot "Eastbound and Down" and "The Marc Pease Experience." I'm always looking for a new project so please feel free to contact me.

I am hoping to accomplish two things during my career in the industry, either sell a lot of my books which will help me to become a well known actress, or become a well known actress which will help me to sell a lot of books.
