STATUS UPDATE NEW!

        Hello people! I'm Sebastian, from Cork, Ireland. I've completed two years of theatre performance and I'm looking to network worlwide. Nextcat seems to be doing a good Job, have met some great people on this thing.

       I'm going to spend this Summer doing courses in film, theatre is so differant to film, u just cant stop learning. I'm off to "The Actors Space" in Barcelona for a month, it's gonna be the highlight of my year I think! I'm allways working on something if i'm not in a play or film, be it reading Stanislavski, Morris, etc. or learning a new monologue. I love Shakespeare.

In regards to the blog, I was brought up on Stanislavski and Strasberg--craft is important. It seems to me if you remove your insecurities and inner tensions, how do you draw on them to make a performance your own personal signature? Use S & S as a base, and if you absolutely need to rely on Morris, then incorporate it into your training.
