Bio
Robert Martinez was born on June 7, 1980 and rasied in San Antonio, Texas to Guadalupe and Teresa Martinez. He has one younger sister named Rachel. While growing up from a supportive family Robert was raised to never give up. 

Robert's ambition in life was not to be limited to one interest. During his high school years instead of taking drama Robert was very active in his high school band. Robert's instrument was the trombone, he made sure he was involved in marching, honor, and jazz band all the way through his four years of high school. He volunteered to be part of the Pastoral Council, taught several grades for CCD classes, sang, and conducted his church choir. Robert was selected to represent his church by attending the World Youth Day '97 in Paris, France. 

After high school, he was accepted to the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. He majored in Theatre Arts, however decided that acting in film and TV was more of his passion, so he changed his major to Biology. While in college he studied abroad at John Cabot University during the summer of '04 in Rome, Italy and had the time of his life. Robert joined his college choir and performed with his fellow peers at Carnegie Hall in New York City. He played the bass for two local bands Blue Holiday (2002-2003) and Cold Confessions formally known as Zepher (2003-2005). Robert graduated in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in science from the University of the Incarnate Word.

Before reaching the end of college he decided it was time to pursue his destiny. By driving to Austin, Texas for casting calls and participating in several independent films launched the beginning of his acting career. He recently had his very first commercial audition, which lead to a call back, and booked it! Currently Robert is employed as a Substitute Teacher and plans to return to college in the future. Robert Martinez is represented by Calliope Talent and Model Agency. He strives to take what life hands him, which makes him a diverse talent, and a devoted actor!
