Nearly 3 years in the making, "The Lancelot Project" has been New Mexico's best kept secret since "the bomb". This concept band, built solidly on the themes of Chivalry and Brotherhood has announced intentions on taking steps to bring their music to the next stage of development.
After creator and founder, Marshall, was nearing completion writing tracks for their 5th studio work, requests for TLP in the Public Domain started to come in from different directions. Earlier this year, he began collaborating with some of his colleagues about forming the actual Line-Up for The Lancelot Project. On monday, November 26, 2007 The Lancelot Project stated on their MySpace™ page that the band said they were accepting Letters of Interest from guitar players far and wide with the intention of adding a guitarist to the creative engine to compliment the current styles which already exist. Marshall, who's style seems to be steeped and deeply rooted in 80's/90's American Metal genre says his influences widely range as he's always had an appreciation for many musical styles. They are looking forward to working with new people.
