Victoria Connett has been working professionally in the acting business since the age of 12. Her first role being a small part in a radio drama for BBC radio4. This led to 5 other radio plays, one of which she was the lead with Sue Johnson as her co-star, not being the first time she starred alongside Sue Johnson in a BBC radio drama. After that she began her first major TV acting job. She got one of the leads in a successful Granada Television situation Comedy 'My Wonderful Life'. Starring in this for three consecutive years episode numbers rose with each year along with her storylines.
When the series came to an end she returned to High School to do her exams with only 2months of her last year remaining she worked hard and recieved good grades. With this she went onto study a full time Btec National diploma in acting at Shena Simon College, Manchester. During her time there she left to film 5 episodes in the well known soap 'Coronation Street'. Victoria played the role of Kirsten Grant. The name not being known but its the character role that people remember. 
After leaving Shena Simon with a distinction under her belt she then got a role in the popular comedy 'Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps'. Whilst doing the 3 shows named above she also starred in a WHSmith advert with Nicholas Lyndhurst, A dairylea cheese commercial, a camelot commercial and many others including voice over and corporate productions. After her first series of 'My Wonderful Role' she won a part in the real life film of Stefan Kiszco, 'A Life for a Life' which was quite a demanding role for a girl of 13 with the responsibilities she had to the character and the film.
Following all of this she decided she wanted to studying a little more. This led her to chose to study in New York City at the well renowned acting conservatory of America, 'The American Academy of Dramatic Arts' where she studied for 2 years and graduated succesfully. After her studies she used the year following to see how New York did acting. She got herself a manager, which only few can do and worked hard interning learning the way the industry worked. After a year she decided to return to Manchester to use all she had learnt and continue her already established career which she hopes to continue.
