He's worked as a staff producer with FBT/Web, the record label/production company started by the Bass Brothers, the Oscar and Grammy winning duo behind Eminem and his hit 'Lose Yourself'. WG has worked on projects and remixes for Madonna, Garbage, Tony Yayo, Pitchshifter, Peter Gabriel and Dr. Fink from Prince's band as well as producing, performing, programming or playing on projects featuring Eminem, Obie Trice, D12, Paradime, King Gordy, Kid Rock, Project Deadman, Abstrakt Intellekt, KEM, Bob James, Marcus Miller, George Duke, Ken Navarro, Jeff Lorber, Chris Botti, Marion Meadows, David Sanborn and Earl Klugh, to name a few.
WG co-wrote the title track of jazz legend Bob James' new CD 'Urban Flamingo', as well as writing and producing for Kid Rock's DJ Paradime ('Mr. Dime' and 'Better Days') and Eminem protege King Gordy (the rock/rap banger 'Stress'). Wayne's music has been featured on the MTV shows 'Punked', Run's House and Pimp My Ride and he's currently one of the main composers supplying music beds for the new VH1 show 'Can't Get a Date' and The Weather Channel.
He created incidental music for the urban short film 'From Lust To Love' and the award-winning international film 'Eastern Tide' before landing his first solo composing project: scoring the acclaimed independent film, 'Waiting On Alphie' for director Kevin Hicks. WG is now preparing to do the score for 'Among the Shadows' (http://www.amongtheshadows.com/), his first major studio film.
Wayne is now a part of Sicknotes, the multi-platinum production team responsible for the track "How Come" on the 'D12 World' album and the Obie Trice street single 'Cry Now'. Sicknotes is at work on the new CDs from Snoop, D12, G-Unit and Katt Williams
WG is currently playing with Heads Up recording artist Alexander Zonjic as well as spot dates with KEM, Bob James and Dave McMurray.
Wayne's a heavy Reason user, augmenting his set-up with Nuendo, Acid, Sound Forge and any VST plugins and synths he can get his hands on.
