Zara Durrani is truly an international star. She spent her childhood in Pakistan, Thailand, Turkey, Malaysia, Cyprus, Iran and Singapore, before moving to Vancouver, Canada, one of the top cities in the film industry.

By age 20, Zara appeared in numerous runway and fashion projects, propelling her to become a prominent figure in Vancouver’s modeling industry. Her work expanded internationally, modeling for various companies including Lotus Wear, Hugo Boss and Sonja Picard Jewelry (as seen as the 2008 Oscars). Zara has worked with many photographers including Joe McNally, a worldwide acclaimed American photographer. She has also become prominent in the Los Angeles fashion industry, appearing in many photo shoots.

Zara has set her eyes firmly on the film industry. She has trained with prominent acting coaches like Fiona Hogan, a student of Ivana Chubbuck (her students include Oscar winners Halle Berry and Charlize Theron). She has appeared as in several productions including lead in a rendition of Neil Simon's "Barefoot in the Park", and a cameo in " Dead Hooker in a Trunk", shown at Sundance Film Festival. Her work ethic and desire for truth in her craft are leading Zara to becoming Hollywood’s next sought after actress.

When she’s not taking over the entertainment world, Zara gives back to others. She has modeled for charities including FMA’s Make Poverty History fashion show, as well as given away countless articles of fashion clothing and accessories to charity. Zara has and continues to make her mark on the world.
